1907 Terms & Conditions — Platform Usage Rules
This document sets out the terms and conditions governing the use of the 1907 platform by all users in Malaysia. Please read this document carefully in its entirety before registering or using any services provided by our platform.

1. Acceptance of Terms & Conditions
By accessing, registering for, or using any part of the 1907 platform — including the website, mobile app, and all related services — you agree to be fully bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree with any part of this document, you are not permitted to use our platform.
These terms form a legally binding agreement between you ("User") and 1907 ("Platform"). Continued use of the platform following any published changes to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
1907 is only accessible to individuals aged 18 and above who are located in jurisdictions where use of this platform is permitted by local law. Users are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the platform complies with the laws applicable in their location.

2. Account Creation & Security
Account Registration
Each user is permitted to hold only one active account on 1907. Creating multiple accounts is strictly prohibited and may result in the termination of all associated accounts without prior notice.
During registration, you are required to provide information that is truthful, accurate, and current. Providing false information is a breach of these terms and may result in account closure and the freezing of any existing balance.
You must be at least 18 years of age at the time of registration. 1907 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time to ensure compliance with this requirement.
Password Security
You are solely responsible for keeping your password and login credentials confidential. Sharing your login details with anyone — including family members or friends — is strictly prohibited.
If you suspect that your password or account has been accessed without authorisation, you must notify the 1907 support team immediately at [email protected]. The platform is not liable for any losses arising from a user's failure to maintain the security of their account.
Use a strong password and avoid reusing passwords from other platforms. 1907 will never ask for your password via email or any other channel.
3. User Responsibilities & Platform Usage Rules
All 1907 platform users agree to use the platform responsibly and within the boundaries set out in this document. The following activities are strictly prohibited and may result in permanent account suspension or closure:
- Using automated software, bots, or any technical means to exploit the platform's systems.
- Engaging in fraud, collusion, or any form of dishonest conduct during gameplay or betting.
- Using the platform for any purpose that is illegal under Malaysian law.
- Attempting to access restricted areas of the system or hacking the platform.
- Abusing bonuses or promotions through unauthorised methods or in violation of the stated terms and conditions.
- Depositing or withdrawing funds through a bank account that does not belong to you.
1907 reserves the right to investigate any suspicious activity and take appropriate action, including reporting to the relevant authorities where necessary.
4. Payments, Deposits & Transactions in MYR
All financial transactions on the 1907 platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). The platform does not accept deposits in foreign currencies directly, and all account balances are displayed in RM.
Deposit
Deposits must be made exclusively through the provided payment methods, including FPX, TNG eWallet, and bank transfer. All deposits must come from an account in your own name — third-party deposits are not accepted. The platform reserves the right to reject or withhold any deposit that does not meet these requirements.
Withdrawal
Withdrawal requests will be processed upon completion of the required identity verification. Withdrawals will only be credited to a Malaysian bank account registered in the name of the platform account holder. The platform reserves the right to request supporting documents before approving any withdrawal for anti-money laundering compliance purposes.
Unauthorised Transactions
Any transaction suspected of involving illegal activity, money laundering, or fraud will be blocked immediately. 1907 reserves the right to freeze the account and withhold the balance while an investigation is ongoing.
5. Liability Limits, Account Policy & Intellectual Property
Platform Liability Limits
The 1907 platform is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from the use of or inability to use the platform, including financial losses resulting from betting or gaming decisions.
The platform does not guarantee uninterrupted availability of its services. In the event of force majeure or unavoidable technical disruptions, the platform shall not be liable for any damages or losses incurred by users.
Account Suspension & Closure
1907 reserves the right to suspend or close any user account without prior notice if a breach of these terms, fraudulent activity, or a request from law enforcement authorities is identified.
Users whose accounts are closed due to a breach of terms may not be entitled to a refund of any remaining balance. The platform's decision on account closure is final unless otherwise determined through a formal appeals process.
Intellectual Property & Third-Party Links
All content on the 1907 platform — including logos, interface design, text, graphics, and software — is the property of the platform and is protected under applicable intellectual property laws. Users may not copy, redistribute, or use any of this content without prior written permission from the platform.
The platform may contain links to or integrations with third-party services, such as game providers or payment systems. 1907 is not responsible for the content, privacy policies, or practices of any such third parties. Use of third-party services is entirely at the user's own risk.
6. Changes to Terms & Applicable Law
1907 reserves the right to amend, add to, or remove any part of these Terms & Conditions at any time and at its sole discretion. Users will be notified of significant changes via platform notifications or announcements published on the website.
Continued use of the platform after updated terms have been published constitutes acceptance of the new terms. If you do not agree with the changes, you should stop using the platform and contact our support team to close your account.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Malaysia. Any dispute arising from or relating to the use of the platform shall be resolved under the jurisdiction of the relevant Malaysian courts.
